    Staff is so friendly and really proffessional, always a smile on the face from all staff even (except the only European person working at reception !! as if she is working for free) pillows are so comfortable, and good variety of TV channels as well, near the airport as well and big medical centres

    Just teach the European person on the front office how to smile !

    recently refurbished and functional units with a long outside view. exceptional service and particularly good and perfect location close enough to central delhi, the center and the metro at walking distance.

    We ate at an excellent restaurant for the breakfast and dinner. We had comfortable bedroom with spacious separate bathroom and very clean pool.

    Didn't like the staff, some of them were absolutely terrible.

    Location, conveniently situated along the ringroad, good reception, also in the middle of the night, good food, buffets and the high tea were fantastic! Staff of housekeeping thorough, flexible and friendly dealing with jetlegged guest who rise around 14.00 am... Good concierge desk with very experienced staff.

    Published prices like food and drinkes were all 'bare'. Many taxes till 25% were added on published prices (like on the menu's). That was a little hard to digest, even thought we knew. Probably all Delhi-hotels do this. Fixed prices would be much better. Shoppping arcade poor, souq-like, not what you would expect. It needs upgrading to level with the hotel atmosphere, alternative would be closing it down.There are attractive shops in the malls near the hotel.

    The personal attention given during check-in was a welcomed suprise! The facilities offered at the hotel were fairly efficient and definitely contributed to the relaxing time I spent at the hotel.

    The lack of personal attention during check-out was a bit of a dissappointmenty especially after setting the bar at a high standard when I checked in. In addition I had to on more than one occasion confirm my transfer to the aiport prior to check-out despite the fact that when I checked in I was told transfers to and from the airport was confirmed. The receptionist on the Club floor gave the impression I was asking for a favour depite the fact that this was paid for in my package. I would have also preferred to have the same car that picked me up at the aiport (BMW X1) to drop me at the airport (not a much older Honda)

    Service is 9/10. Location is 10/10. Luxury look but run down. Variety choice of Breakfast 10/10; Concierge is 10/10

    Sorry to say, but this is not Hyatt Standard. Room wall is too thin, you can hear what is next door doing? And I stayed at room 254, hotel use room 252 and 253 as office and very loud noise, I can hear they talking every night. Room very dusty, you can see dust flying all night. No amenity change, I use shampoo almost finish and room cleaning not even change or give extra. Dead Clock in my rooms, I called, but nothing happen. My friend room much bigger than mine and we paid same price!!! Security is weak, I got wrong call many times from someone else, they should have someone checking before transfer. Please do something as many new and nice hotel coming in Delhi. Good luck.

    The location was good as it was near Ambience mall and dfl emporia.

    The room service was pathetic.They could not get the breakfast order right. Rooms had paint peeling off due to moisture. I had booked connecting rooms well in advance but they still gave me joining. No value for money. I have stayed in a lot of top hotels and I really wanted to see what the hype for Hyatt was but totally disappointed.

    I liked the property and its large and good hot breakfast.

    Booked a room with a lovely fruit. Layout and interior design were nice. Location: the hotel was so close to Polo Lounge, downtown and airport and South Delhi.

    The breakfast staff were really good, providing personalized service and recommendations, made mornings enjoyable. The hotel provided a sense of peace and security, attracting respectable guests. The room had an unsettling odor, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The menu for dinner was disappointingly limited, lacking various options especially in kebabs and meat.

    The facilities at hyatt regency are excellent. The outdoor swimming pool is perfect for relaxation. The various dining options provided delicious food, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located. Plus, the gym at club olympus spa was a great bonus.
